In the cellar: After these grapes were harvested by hand and fermented the wine was aged for 16 months in Hungarian oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Midnight black and violet in the glass, it looks brooding, but it sings aromatically of winter wild strawberry preserve, maraschino cherry, black currant cordial intertwined with baking chocolate, salted caramel and dried tobacco leaf.
