FAQ: Online Orders for Pickup



How do I order for pickup?

Shop our website for your desired items. At checkout, select the Pickup option ($0.00).

Where do I pick up my order?

At our shop! 45 Lafayette Street, Salem, MA 01970.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Your order will be ready for pickup by opening-time the next day. Feel free to swing by anytime that day - check our hours of operation to plan your trip to us! Please note we are closed on Mondays. Pickup orders placed on Sunday will be ready for pickup by 11AM Tuesday.

Can I place an order for pickup at a later date?

If you would like to schedule your pickup for a later date, indicate your target pickup date in the Additional Information section of checkout. We will hold your order and fulfill it fresh within 24 hours of your pickup date.

Can I place an order for same-day pickup?

We can often accommodate same-day pickup orders, but same-day orders cannot be placed online. Please call us at (978) 498-4820 to place your order.

Will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?

No. You will receive an Order Confirmation email when you place your order. This is your record of your order and your payment. Your order will be fulfilled by the next day (or by your otherwise specified pickup date). 

Can I pay for a pickup order with an online gift card?

Yes! Online gift cards can be used to pay for pickup or shipping orders via our website. (In-store gift cards are for redemption in store only.)

What if I am late to pick up my order?

No worries! We will hold your order for 3 days before canceling and refunding your order. Of course, it’s extra helpful to us if you can call to let us know an adjusted pickup date.
