In the cellar: Half-destemmed, and pressed after a ten-day maceration. Élevage is done in a concrete tank for 8 months with no sulfur added. Unfiltered and unfined.
Farming method: Organic/Biodynamic
Tasting notes: Classic, lovely, simple. It’s the simplest, purest, most beautiful Syrah! It’s more peppery than fruity, extra lean and juicy, and ends with a wave of soft tannins.
