Producer: The Ménard family includes Thierry, Philippe, Pascale, François, and Pauline. Their family have been making wine since 1734 and are now into the sixth generation of winemakers. 
Region: Loire Valley, France (from the Sèvre et Maine appellation)
In the cellar: Grapes are hand harvested and direct pressed. The wines then flow by gravity into underground concrete tanks or old oak barrels. The Accostage sees 7 months elevage sur lie.
Farming method: Organic
Tasting notes: A clear, pale yellow colour with light green reflections. An ultra-fresh nose with aromas of iodine and white flowers. A beautiful attack on the palate with aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits and green apple with a touch of minerality.
