Tasting notes: This is a bright, chalky Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the Côte des Blancs. It’s based mostly on the 2017 harvest, but includes reserve wines dating back to 1988, adding incredible depth and complexity. Expect crisp flavors like pear, grapefruit, and spring blossoms, layered with notes of toast, hazelnut, and crushed chalk. Elegant, balanced, and vibrant, it’s a perfect example of top-quality Champagne without the elite price tag.
