In the cellar: Picked by the phases of the moon, 100% destemmed into 5-ton open top fermenters. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months.

Tasting notes: A super fresh and easy drinking red with notes of pomegranate and ripe red cherries. The flavors are complemented by the lingering finish of wet stone, thanks to the alluvial, porous granite and sandstone soils, which cover the Santa Lucia vineyards where the Pinot Noir grapes are harvested.
