Farming method: Organic; from 50 - 100 yr old vines on the 42 hectare property
Tasting notes: Drinks like a Cru Beaujolais. Ripe notes of cherries, pomegranate, and roses. Pair with a salty roasted chicken and crispy rosemary potatoes.
