Pierre Abushacra, founder of Firehook, wanted to make something that reminded him of his childhood in Lebanon and Greece. He thought about the crackers served with labneh, tomatoes, olives and mint for breakfast, and the flatbread served with hummus for an afternoon snack. With Firehook crackers, he recreated those taste memories. The crackers are thin enough not to distract from the cheese, dip, or sauce, but are strong enough to hold up whatever you want to put on them.
