Cantina Bolzano is a co-op rich in history located in the Alto-Adige in Northern Italy that we had the pleasure of visiting last April with Stacey and François from Matchvino (and also Salem locals) and we have been huge advocates of their delicious wine ever since. Cantina Bolzano is one of South Tyrol’s top-quality wineries combining 320 hectares from 200 vine growers, producing some of the best South Tyrolean wines out there. The current GM, Klaus Sparer, is the 3rd generation of his family to be at the helm; Klaus has worked at the winery since he was 14! If you haven't tried these shop staples yet, now is your chance.
