Picked and pressed within 3 hours, this blend of Koreneki and Athenolia olives has a fresh green olive taste, buttery viscosity, and a light peppery finish. A shop favorite, we use it for salads or dipping, or as a finishing oil. They will also be sampling our Cheese Shop and Lidrivio gourmet collaboration: delicious kalamata olive tapenade!
