Vermouth Spritzer

If you’re partaking in Dry January, you’re going to want to re-enter Happy Hour with some caution. Don’t worry…we got you! This spritzer is the perfect way to ease back into things. Made with vermouth, a slightly sweet and botanical fortified wine, this cocktail is light and refreshing, and will set the stage for a delicious dinner.  Only 8 more days till February!! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Verrmouth Rosso*

  • 2 ounces club soda*

  • orange or lemon

Directions

1.     Fill a highball with ice, pour in vermouth and top of with soda water.  Garnish with orange or lemon peel.
