You are made by veteran cheesemaker Chris Gray, with milk from Billings Farm, in one of our favorite cheese producing states. You are creamy, milky, and lightly sweet. You make perfect pockets of fluffy cheese on our pizzas. Drizzled in aged balsamic and olive oil, sprinkled in salt and pepper, we cannot resist you. You are what we want to dollop onto candy-like summer strawberries or spread on grilled corn. We want you, we need you, we love you.
