This picture of the ultra-luscious Gorgonzola Tosi speaks for itself. The swirls of white cheese and clouds of blue invite you to dive in with a spoon. We've sliced the top rind off of the wheel, which is over a foot across. It's like a big blue bowl of decadent guilt.
