We can go on about cheese and wine forever, but for this 101 class, we start with a few basics to help you understand your favorite drink and snack a little better! We discuss terroir (what is that, anyway?), rinds (can I eat that?), tasting techniques, tannin, how to pair and more. Come chat, eat, and sip with us as we talk cheese and wine essentials!
