Pinot Noir Trio

Pinot Noir is a versatile international grape that can manifest into many forms. It is an incredibly transparent grape, in the sense that it characteristically takes on differences in terroir and environment from around the world. Pinot Noir is a sensitive grape and ripens early. It suffers in warm regions but it thrives in cooler areas. Cooler climates with high rainfall, however, can make the Pinot grape mold and wither.

This Friday we're tasting you through a delectable trio of Pinot Noir including a rosé from the Willamette Valley in Oregon, a white Spätburgunder (German for Pinot Noir) from the Rheingau region and a red German from the Rheinhessen region, which is remarkably very Burgundian in style. Oh Pinot, oh my!

See you Friday! 10% off all tasting Pinot Noir too!
