Teutonic Wine Company

Barnaby and Olga Tuttle began Teutonic Wine Company in Portland, Oregon with German Rieslings on the brain.

Using Old World, traditional winemaking practices, Teutonic’s portfolio includes wines from varying West Coast grapes and blends, but share the commonality of Mosel style and influence. Barnaby and Olga create wines that are extremely terroir-expressive with high acidity and bright minerality, all features of cooler climate Mosel wines. They even bottle their wines in “hocks”, or German-style tall, lean bottles.

Teutonic’s Massachusetts importer, OZ Wine Company, is joining us on Friday to taste Teutonic’s latest batches of Oregonese goodness. These unique wines are not to miss! Come taste and buy a hock!
